How Reserve works

A simple hold. Not a shortcut.

01 / LOCATION

Choose a live machine

Select the participating machine and location you plan to visit. Stock only appears after that machine has sent a fresh update.

02 / ACCESS

Use points to hold eligible stock

Your tier sets the points needed. The higher your tier, the less it costs to reserve the same eligible item.

03 / COLLECTION

Collect within 48 hours

Enter your member details at the machine, unlock your held item and pay the normal machine price. Reserve access and tier percentage discounts cannot be combined on the same item.

Community safeguards

Designed to stop stock hoarding.

At most 25% of each eligible product’s live stock can be made reservable. Most of every SKU stays available for walk-up collectors.
Bronze members can hold 2 items, Silver 3 and Gold 4. A member can hold only one of any SKU at a time.
During the launch pilot, products priced at £50 or more are not eligible for Reserve. We will review this after live demand and collection data.
Reserve access and tier percentage discounts cannot be combined on the same item. Reservations cannot be transferred, resold or used to bypass machine limits.
If two reservations are not collected within a rolling 60 days, Reserve access pauses for 30 days. Expired holds still return the item to live stock and points are not returned.

48-hour collection windowIf an item is not collected in time, it returns to live stock and the points used to hold it are not returned. Two missed collections in a rolling 60 days pause Reserve access for 30 days.

Machine issue protectionIf the machine goes offline, the stock is unavailable or the item cannot dispense, the reservation points are returned automatically.

Fair price stays fairYou pay the same machine price as every other collector when you collect. Reserve only secures your chance to buy, and cannot be combined with a tier percentage discount.

Fresh stock onlyReserve will only show stock after a live update from the machine, so members do not reserve items that are no longer there. No more than 25% of each eligible SKU can be held back for Reserve.
